We want you to love every Glint & Co. piece. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit quite right or isn’t what you expected, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
How to request an exchange:
- Contact us at glintanddco@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for exchange, and your preferred replacement item.
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition (unworn, unused, with all packaging and tags). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit.
Note: We do not offer returns or refunds due to change of mind or preference.
Faulty or Damaged Items
While we thoroughly check every piece, if something slips through, we’ll make it right.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. If confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit — and cover all costs, including return postage.
